The Poly Friends Network began in 2006 as PolyFriendFinder.com- another online dating community but specifically for persons who live polyamorous lives. As time went on, we began to notice that there were some who drifted in just because they believed that poly was just another form of swinging. We also found that there were those who were in their relationships of choice but simply wanted to have access to other poly people to talk to. It didn't take long for us to figure out that what was needed was a real community and not just a dating site. So we tore down the old model and setup this canvas- a cross between Yahoo groups and MySpace where you can setup profiles and your own member groups. Enjoy!!
